I'm a HUGE Godzilla fan so, I thought, what if he were in the DP universe? Well, here we go-
Real Name: Godzilla
Alias: Gojira, Monster 01, Gigantis, The Fire Monster, King Of The Monsters.
Age: 50 yrs. (Est.)
Sex: Male.
Occupation: Giant city-destroying monster. Protector of the earth.
Personality: At first, Godzilla seems like a mindless destructive beast. However, it's been shown that he is actually quite intelligent and capable of abstract thought. Godzilla is fiercely protective of his home and will fight to the death against anyone or anything that tries to invade /harm it. He holds a deep mistrust of humans, but will reluctantly aid them in dire times. Interestingly enough, despite his vicious nature, Godzilla is a loving and devoted father willing to do whatever it takes to protect his offspring from harm.

Powers & Abilities:
Thermonuclear breath-Godzilla is capable of emitting a beam of pure nuclear energy from his mouth. The beam is a bluish-white in color and Godzilla is capable of using the beam with pinpoint accuracy.
Spiral Beam-A more powerful version of Godzilla's thermonuclear breath. Is orange in color.
Nuclear Pulse-Godzila can emit a pulse of nuclear energy from his body over a short range.
Regeneration-Godzilla's cells are capable of rapid regeneration allowing him to heal from serious injury. His thick hide also protects him from conventional weaponry.
Weapons: Razor sharp teeth and claws as well as a long muscular tail.
Weakness: Can be killed by the Oxygen Destroyer, is weakened by the ANB (Anti-Nuclear Bacteria), is easily annoyed by airplanes, will explode if nuclear energy escapes too rapidly from the body (Via someone drilling a hole in him from the inside-out), is susceptible to die via radiation overdose if his heart goes critical (NOTE: When this happens, it can cause a serious nuclear explosion and/or meltdown that will destroy all life on earth as a result).
Allies: Mothra (Reluctant ally), Rodan, Anguirus, King Seesar, Jet Jaguar, Varan, Gorosaurus, Kumonga, Zone Fighter, Baragon, Manda, Minya (Son), Junior (Son).
History:
The result of nuclear testing gone awry, Godzilla started out life as a Godzillasaurus before being mutated into the giant monster he is today. In 1954, the first Godzilla rampaged across Japan destroying Tokyo and causing the deaths of millions. Despite being killed by Dr. Daisuke Serizawa's invention, the Oxygen Destroyer, another Godzilla simply took its place.
This Godzilla has since both terrorized and protected Japan during his reign as "King Of The Monsters". Efforts have been made to try and destroy the beast. But, so far, the most that can be done is to simply drive the creature away or to use some means to simply prevent him from attacking in the first place.
Recently, for unknown reasons, Godzilla has been seen near Amity Park. For now, he seems to hold no ill-intentions towards the ghost-infested city. However, people are on the alert in case he does decide to attack.
Sample Post:
Loud, thunderous footsteps were heard as something made its way down the streets of Amity Park. That something was Godzilla. Standing at a towering 200ft in height, the monster loomed over the buildings as the ground shook below him with each step. Cars bounced up and down violently and windows rattled in protest as if trying desperately not to beak with each impact.
Godzilla let out a low growl as he heard the sounds of fighter jets flying overhead. They fired their missiles and made a direct hit. Godzilla roared, not in pain, but rather in pure rage. A low crackling sound was heard as the monster's dorsal fins began to glow a blue-white in color.
Then, suddenly, a beam of nuclear energy erupted from Godzilla's maw. The beam struck one of the fighter jets causing it to explode upon impact. A couple more blasts of his thermonuclear breath, and the rest of the fighter jets were reduced to flaming rubble. Snorting in satisfaction over the defeat of his enemies, Godzilla continued to make his way down the streets.
