Dan looked over at Dani and frowned slightly.
"I doubt that." he mused, "My past-self isn't the type to forget others so quckly. He might now know you're here, but I'm sure he thinks of you now and then."

Dan rolled his eyes in response.
"He's a teenager and a superhero." he pointed out idly, "Of course he's going to be busy...but, if you're that angry at him, I suppose it wouldn't hurt for you to...I dunno...let him know about it."

Dan smirked evilly. This so-called "cousin" of his was letting her anger get the better of her. He could use that to his advantage.
"And, what?" he asked calmly, "You're just going to spend the rest of your life alone on the streets with no one to care for you? What sort of cousin does that? Just leave you all alone to fend yourself against the struggles of life? I hate to say it, but I doubt he forgot about you...he simply wants nothing to do with you."

Dan shuddered at this hating the whole concept, "See, my ghost-half took over his ghost-half resulting in the monstrosity you see before you. I suppose the merge was done out of pure spite but it's still annoying knowing I've got that cheese-head's ectoplasm flowing through my veins."

Dan would never admit it, but he felt a pang of sympathy for this girl. He knew all-too-well what it was like to live without a real family and being treated as some sort of freak by everyone.
